Export and Import Updates to the SCCM server

Hi

we have separate WSUS server which is connected to the Internet and there we are synchronizing the updates from the microsoft. later on we are exporting the updates from the WSUS server and importing into the SCCM server where WSUS is installed locally . while doing this activity we are

getting the below error: we have follow given the NETWORK SERVICE permission for TEMP / root folder then also given the rights to WSUScontent folder. even we logged into to different administrator account but still we are getting the same error:
